Overwhelmed

  • Preparing levels for Lunaires in advance. This week is very busy.
  • Seeing Einstürzende Neubauten live. That was insanely beautiful.
  • Managing to do two game jams at the same time.
  • Making dirty techno with my A4 + AR + T1 setup.
  • Playing Scorn. Questionable yet uncompromising design, amazing art and sound.

Pushing builds every day

  • Working on Lunaires, which is time-consuming, but also a lot of fun.
  • Making quick and dirty ambient/dub/techno with the T-1 and the A4 for Lunaire's soundtrack.
  • Resuming regular weight lifting slowly while recovering from long head of biceps tendonisis.
  • Experimenting and adjusting my diet and lifestyle for better results.
  • Slowly getting used to the excellent Model 100 split keyboard.

Preparing for October

  • Making assets and getting organized for Lunaires.
  • Trying to get some rest before starting a new weight lifting program.
  • Slowly migrating my notes to this still very WIP version of my website.
  • Diving into biceps tendonitis causes and remedies.

Stacking up voxels

  • Looking into a quick and dirty RPG in a Box setup for a personal daily level design challenge in October.
  • Getting a pair of clubbells to spice up my workouts. It's really enjoyable.
  • Still exploring algorithmic sequencing with T1. I love it.

Rebuilding

  • Seeing Mono of Japan live. Just, wow.
  • Recovering from a shoulder injury, looking into new fitness programs.
  • Getting fed up with my current website setup, migrating to Grav.
  • Spending a lot of time exploring image generation with Stable Diffusion.
  • Playing Death Stranding, which is quite weird, in a good sense.

Moving furniture

  • Swapping desks and furniture at different floors alone.
  • Feeling pretty happy with the physical strength I've built so far.
  • Diving further into euclidean rhythms and loving it.
  • Messing with AI image generation and breaking things.

Making more music

  • Exploring the fascinating possibilities of the T-1 algorithmic sequencer.
  • Exploring in parallel what Bitwig can bring me. A lot, so far.
  • Playing Hollow Knight, finally. Too bad I like it, this might be quite time-consuming.
  • Playing Alice is Missing. Awesome, short but intense experience.
  • Working on my conlang lexicon.
  • Making an album with the improvised session I did with friends a couple of weeks ago.
  • Thinking I have loads of pages to update on this very website. Sigh.

Conlanging again

  • Working on my conlang. It will likely keep me busy for a few months.
  • Playing Paper Mario: The Origami King and greatly enjoying it.
  • Enjoying doing nothing.

Recording stuff

  • Unexpectedly messing with live RAV Vast recordings and making dub techno tracks.
  • Thinking about what to do with these tracks regarding my ale project.
  • Starting to mess with cute and colorful voxels once again.

Enjoying spring

  • Having silly game concepts ideas I may start working on at some point.
  • Still making slow progress on the ale project, but progress nonetheless.
  • Watching Adam Curtis's Can't Get You Out of My Head
